We have openings in our data center operations group for a few select individuals with the following experience:

• 5+ Years of customer-facing experience combined with a 4-year degree in computer science, IT, or telecommunications
• Internet Knowledge:  internet protocols, VLAN’s, routers and switches
• Facilities Knowledge: access control, CCTV systems, BMS systems
• IT Systems Knowledge: O/S, hardware repair
• Transmission Systems: WDM, Ethernet
• Network Cabling: Fiber/Copper Installation and Testing
